Is the 1996 Chevy 1500 a good truck?

Cried when I sold it but got old and needed an automatic shift due to arthritis. Chevrolet makes a fine truck, just everything worked fine on it, as it was a 6 cyl. and gas mileage was good, engine was no problem ever. It was great for hauling lumber, and furniture, as I moved lots of times.

Definitely a good vehicle with a little bit of tlc best truck i have had. always fun to drive and will go anywhere. had an issue with the transmission years ago. this truck has been very reliable, still looks good and drives good. Wish they made them as good now as when they used to.
