Can you put a curl over a perm?

You can still straighten, curl, and style permed hair just like you would normally. If you go in for a perm, you can expect to be in the salon for a few hours, depending on the length of your hair. When going to the stylist, bring pictures of what you want because you can decide how tight you want your curls to be.

Is curl activator perm?

Can a curl activator make your hair curly? Curl activating products are formulated to enhance your natural curl pattern. They don’t have the power to turn straight or wavy hair into curly hair, but they do help to temporarily activate your naturally occuring curls (this is not a perm!).

Can I put product in my hair after getting a perm?

The cream can be either used alone or in a product cocktail (layering 1-3 products) to style your hair, after your shower. Make sure your hair is soaking wet. If it’s damp, you will get more frizz & it won’t be the fault of the product!

Can I put mousse in my hair after a perm?

Yes, you can put mousse in your hair after perming it, but you should use an alcohol-free and silicon-free mousse. Also, the fewer chemical products you use on your perm, the longer the perm will last.

What is the difference between curl activator and curling cream?

To me personally there is’nt much of a difference, however, the curling cream is thicker than the activator. I don’t think you need to use both as using together or alone do not change your curls. My preference is the curling cream. They both helps with defining your curls and moisturizing your hair.
